Tracking

  • Tracking updates appear within 1–2 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a shipping  confirmation email with your personal tracking link.
  • You can also track your order anytime at:  emmafy.com/apps/parcelpanel
  • Shipping times may vary due to product availability.  Emmafy reserves the right to cancel orders involving unavailable products — affected customers will be  contacted directly.
  • Any applicable taxes and customs fees are the  responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Shipping Details

  • Order processing: 1–2 business days
  • We ship Monday through Friday. Weekend orders  are processed the following Monday.
  • Estimated shipping time: 3–12 business days  after dispatch. Most customers receive their order within 6–12 business days from order date. Timeframes may vary depending on carrier logistics  and transit conditions.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before  placing your order. Emmafy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided  at checkout.
  •  If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order with your order number and details. Once your order enters fulfillment,  we can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations.
  • Emmafy is responsible for delivering to the  address provided at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your  delivery location is secure.
  • Packages may take slightly longer during peak  seasons and high-demand periods. 
  • PO Box addresses are not supported by our carrier.  Please use a physical street address.
