Returns and Cancellation policy
We hope you love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we've made the return and exchange process simple and easy.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your items must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
- No stains (deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc.)
- Items must be placed back in their original ziplock packaging
Return for Refund

Timeframe: Items are eligible for refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

Process: Email us photos of the items you're returning before shipping.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return for Exchange or Replacement

Timeframe: Items are eligible for exchange within 90 days from the delivery date.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Process: Once we receive your return, we will ship your exchange item.
After You Ship Your Return
Once your return is on its way, please email us with:
- Return tracking number
- Carrier name
- List of items returned
Important: Without this information, we will not be able to process your refund.
Defective or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

Defective items: Contact us within 3 business days of receipt and we will resolve the issue.

Wrong or missing items: Contact us as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Timeframe: All requests must be sent within 12 hours of placing your order.
Because we process orders quickly, your order may already be in fulfillment before your request can be applied. All modifications and cancellations are subject to approval.

For item modification: Order number, original item, and desired exchange item.

For address modification: Order number and correct shipping address.

For cancellation: Order number.
