Returns and Cancellation policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! If something isn't quite right with your order, don’t worry - we've made the return and exchange process super easy!

 

First, please make sure your return items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • the bag must be returned in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached if applicable.
  • No deodorant, perfume, or make-up stain

 

Exchange:

  • Email support@emmafy.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. 
  • All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
  • Customer will need to return their item(s) at their own cost
  • Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item


Return for Refund:

  • Email support@emmafy.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. (We will not accept returns after 30 days.)
  • You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost. 
  • customers will need to arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in Belgium.
  • All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
  • Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit (whichever is prefer)

 

          Final Sale items

  • Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check.



Order modification/ Cancellation:

Customers must email support@emmafy.com within 1 day of placing the order to request any modification or cancellations.

 

Defective or Wrong Product

  • Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team support@emmafy.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.


If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team support@emmafy.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN THAT SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR OR WASH, OR DOES NOT MEET THE LISTED CRITERIA. ITEMS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY MARKED “FINAL SALE” ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY FORM.
